NCB Women’s Day 2021
The Situation
NCB wanted to create a meaningful campaign under the theme StrongHER for International Women’s Day 2021. The aim was to highlight women in business and use their stories to inspire others to continue breaking the glass ceiling.
The Solution
Eschew corporate for community. Instead of corporate juggernauts, we featured a diverse mix of women in different fields of work for the visual content piece. Each woman spoke to what being “strongHer” meant to them and gave their personal tips on money management.
For the press ads and emailers, instead of the standard corporate lingo, we used poetry to convey how women can continue to challenge stereotypes. This softer approach made for a very human campaign.
